Project graduation senior sign up

• Doors are open from 9:45pm - 10:30pm. 
• Check in at the front door when you arrive. Only cell phones will be permitted. Leave all valuables (bags, backpacks, water bottles, etc.) in your car, or we will have a secure area to store your belongings
• DOORS LOCK AT 10:30pm. YOU MUST BE CHECKED IN BY THAT TIME. No one is allowed back in if you leave the building.
• Seniors will be checked in upon arrival. If the supervisors feel any student is not fit to be in attendance, parents will be notified and they will be asked to leave. 
• Law enforcement will be on site.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK will be allowed into the event. A variety of food and beverages will be supplied throughout the night. 
• Activities will begin around 10pm and continue until 2am. A hypnotist will follow at approximately 2am. 
• Prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the hypnotist. You MUST be on site to win a prize.
• All events will wrap up around 4am and students will be allowed to leave.
• If any student leaves before 4am, their parents will be notified, and they will forfeit their prize.
• Admission is $5. In order to meet print deadlines, you MUST REGISTER BY MAY 10 TO SECURE A SENIOR T-SHIRT. Be sure to indicate your size on the form. There will be no extra shirts ordered.

PARENT PERMISSION

I give my son/daughter permission to attend Project Graduation. I agree to release Marion Independent School District, Marion High School, and Marion High School staff/administration from any responsibility in the case of injury and lost or stolen property. I also release the Project Graduation committee and volunteers from any responsibility in the case of injury and lost or stolen property. I understand that if my student leaves the event prior to the end of the event (approximately 3:30am), I will receive a phone call letting me know my student has left.
